Akiko was absolutely great.

She ensured our safety throughout the entire trip was incredibly polite with each one of us.

I respect how considerate she was of everyone's dietary restrictions and how she was always prompt and on time.

She was very organized and made each of us feel welcomed and safe in a foreign country.

What I am most appreciative of was when she offered her accommodation to any of us in the event the upcoming typhoon would put hindrances to our travel plans.

She is an incredible human to offer free food and shelter for travelers she briefly met.

On the last day of my trip, she personally guided me to where my final bus would depart for the airport and helped me book the bus trip.

Without her, I would have been completely at a loss and thought that was the kindest thing anyone could do.

Among all the tours I have ever embarked on, Akiko was the kindest and most hospitable.

I could see she genuinely cared for each one of us and give nothing but high regards to her.

Lastly, I was absolutely mesmerized by her sheer knowledge of the country, the local life, and it's history.

It seemed as if she had the answer for almost any question she was presented with.

It was in Japan that I felt I learned the most about any country I've visited and a large part of that was due to Akiko.

Akiko was very polite and helpful, as well as being very knowledgeable about Japanese history and culture, and very interesting to talk to - superb!

Her cultural handouts also came in very useful when going to places like the onsens, monasteries, and Gion district.

Akiko could not have done more to ensure that we all had a fantastic trip to remember.

Her enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for us is hard to adequately put into words.

I think Akiko was absolutely fantastic.

She went above and beyond for all of us, even offering us a room after the tour if we were stranded by the Typhoon.

Akiko is a very hardworking, passionate and diligent tour guide.

She is extremely helpful, going out of her way at times to find solutions to issues which were not of her making but needed resolution.

She is polite, courteous and efficient. I personally have thanked Akiko for going the extra mile with trying to find solution for medication and dietary requirements (Gluten & Soy Free) which were very challenging at times.
